Welcome Readers of the Washington Post!

Man, oh man, are we excited!

The Washington Post, yes, you read that correctly, The Washington Post did an awesome article on our little project the other day!

We are so excited and honored to have been featured!  When we started this project it was in no way for US to end up in the spotlight, but WOW has this helped us get the word out.  The response has been AMAZING.

Here are a couple of common answers to questions we have been receiving about how you can help us.

Can I volunteer?

  • filling bags
  • organizing supplies
  • picking up supplies from donation centers
  • delivering care packages

Can I give you some money?

Can I hear a resounding YES!!
Look over there----------------------> to the right side of the screen, you can donate any denomination of funds thru PayPal to help us keep this project going.  Just know your donation is tax deductible because we are a 501(c)3.

What physical items do you need?

We love your leftover hotel toiletries, or any UNOPENED toiletry items you have.

  • soap
  • toothbrushes
  • toothpaste
  • sunscreen
  • shampoo
  • feminine hygiene products
  • hand and face lotion
We can also use your donation of
  • socks
  • X-LARGE zip lock bags
  • packable rain ponchos
